| 31 Oct 2012 | anonymous | Our 2011 Honda Civic GX could not be filled here tonight :( Luckily we had just enough CNG fumes to make it to McClellen Business Park where we normally fill up (using a special code) The nozzle at the Elk Grove station would not fit onto the Cars receptacle... don't know why? There was no station attendant present, so we couldn't report the problem directly. Hopefully this is resolved soon to prevent stranded customers. |

There are two pumps, had the same problem with both. No real attendent here either, found a maintance guy but he didn't know anything about the pumps |

| 11 May 2011 | anonymous | Definately a Public access station. Problem is that it's very hard to figure out how to use the "Visa" credit card equipment. I know that it work because with help of Richard the station maint man I was able to incert my Visa card and was approved. |
