26 Nov 2016 | anonymous | The parking lot has been ripped out and will be repaved. The station was accessible from the back on 11/22/2016 driving on dirt. you can sign up for alerts for PGE @ www.pge.com/cng |
26 May 2015 | airpoints | Good fill, no problems |
23 Dec 2012 | f355al | 3600 PSI pump fully functional. Nozzle disconnected without problems. |
12 Aug 2012 | anonymous | Travel from San Jose to Orange County -- usually can make it to Santa Clarita with a/c off and no traffic. However in the summer months and with CalTrans working on I-5, it is safer to make a pit stop in Bakersfield PG&E and I make it to Irvine with over 1/2 tank. Shorter if you take I-5 and cut over to Bakersfield on CA-58 than taking CA99 from Los Banos. |
22 Jul 2012 | anonymous | you need a fuel card from PG&E, contact them and you should have it in a few days |
19 Jul 2012 | anonymous | Plannning to drive up and down the coast and want to confirm this is a reliable station. Is it open 24/7? |
18 Jun 2012 | kiensien | Pump is located at back of Business building & back alley. (bound it by H St./I St./10th St.. Good fill (short 2 bars for 100% for my Honda Civic). Had to try 3 times on my PG&E card to get fuel. |
8 Dec 2010 | anonymous | My experience using the Belmont/San Carlos, Los Banos, Fresno and Bakersfield pumps over Thanksgiving 2010 was that the prices are actually lower than posted. Using each pump twice, my bill actually reflects a rate of about $1.87/GGE. |
3 Dec 2010 | anonymous | Awesome fill on 12/2/2010 - 8.419 GGE. Took my Crown Vic all the way to Garden Grove, 307 miles; low fuel light came on at 300, nail biter for the last stretch. Santa Clarita is easy from here if needed. |
28 Jun 2010 | anonymous | Good fill. Got my GX comfortably to Santa Clarita. |
24 Oct 2009 | anonymous | 2009-10-24 On both 10-23 and 10-19 the 3000 pump kept shutting down after about 25 seconds of use. Had to keep re-entering the card. It wasn't merely the pump recycling to rebuild pressure. |
17 May 2009 | anonymous | EXCELLENT! This pump took me to the Santa Clarita station in my GX with 2 bars to spare, then on to LA with no problem. My GPS was wrong; I had to continue on I st from 152 thru downtown. The address numbers changed. It was a little tricky.3600/24hr |
18 Feb 2009 | anonymous | YES! Open 24 hours.Need PGE Card. Both 3000 and 3600 psi pumps. Tricky location- two "H" streets in Los Banos-be careful- one on west side of town going south, the other (where PGE is located) on east side of town going north off 152-just west of 165 |
10 Feb 2009 | anonymous | Does anyone know if its open 24/7 like the rest of the PGE stations? Thanks. |
2 Oct 2008 | anonymous | Missing "Payment" comment. *NO* Visa or Mastercard here. |
1 Oct 2008 | anonymous | A reminder note for people... this station (and all other PG&E stations I think) requires a PG&E card. I found out the hard way on my way up to SF. |
14 Sep 2008 | anonymous | 3600 psi. Worked great. Secluded a bit. Was able to drive highway 5 donw and then over to Bakersfield. Thanks PG&E! |
4 Sep 2008 | anonymous | Driveway for dispenser is on 10th Street. |
13 Jun 2008 | anonymous | Used twice the 3k pump in past week- normal great pge experience |
14 Apr 2008 | anonymous | This NEW station has both 3000 and 3600 psi fills, and is at 10th & I (satelite photo shows site as trees). Pump is behind fenced area. I filled here on 4/12/08. Thank you PG&E!! |
